This policy covers englishwind.lk. Short version: we collect only what we need to send you lessons and give you access to what you buy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we collect
- If you subscribe: your name (if you give it), email address and/or WhatsApp number.
- If you buy a course: your name, WhatsApp number, email address, and the deposit slip you send us on WhatsApp.
- Basic, anonymous visit statistics for this website (pages viewed, country). No cookies are used for this, and we can't identify you from it.
Why we collect it
- To send you the free lessons and updates you asked for.
- To set up and manage your course access, and to help you if something goes wrong.
- To keep a record of purchases.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts this website and provides the anonymous statistics.
- Web3Forms delivers the subscribe form to our email.
- WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us.
- YouTube (Google) provides videos on this site. They load only after you tap play; before that, nothing is sent to YouTube.
- Course access and lesson video are handled on learn.englishwind.lk by Cloudflare and Vimeo.
How long we keep it
Subscriber details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Buyer details: for the length of your access plus our accounting records.
Your choices
Every message we send has a way to stop receiving them. To see, correct or delete your data, write to hello@englishwind.lk and we'll do it.
